DEFOS

Liquid for disinfection of surfaces that come in contact with food in food processing plants.

DEFOS is a biocide. Didecyldimethylammonium chloride is the active ingredient [cont. 3g/100g]. The 2% w/w water solution of DEFOS shows germicidal and fungicidal effects in timespan of 15 minutes and in temperate of 20°C based on the efficiency assessment performed according to PN-EN 13697 (hard water, 3g/l albumin). The product has foaming properties and demonstrates acid pH. DEFOS mustn’t be mixed with other products that contain anionic surfactants or alkaline agents. It expires after 12 months from the production date.
