DORIN K SPECIAL is a water solution of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, coordination compounds and dispersants that support the cleaning process. DORIN K SPECIAL is an alkaline, non-foaming cleaning product for general use. The product is effective when used with hard water. It is recommended for use in food and beverage industry plants and for CIP circulation systems, bottle washers and jet washing. Thanks to its perfect cleaning properties DORIN K SPECIAL efficiently removes nearly all contamination content from different surfaces, mainly protein and grease contamination but also strongly adhesive contamination created as a result of thermal processes. DORIN K SPECIAL can be used in beverage and brewing industry for cleaning bottle washers and yeast tanks of CIP systems. In food processing, DORIN K SPECIAL is especially recommended for grease plants, where it removes oil and grease contamination perfectly. The product is highly efficient in the case of organic residue strongly adhered as a result of thermal processes (frying machines, smoking chambers).
