SANITEX
Liquid for cleaning and disinfection of surfaces that come in contact with food in food processing plants
SANITEX is a biocide. Quaternary ammonium compounds, benzyl C12-16 alkyldimethyl, chlorides are active ingredients [cont. 5g/100g of the product]. The 5% w/w water solution of SANITEX shows germicidal and fungicidal effects in 15-minute timespan and in temperature of 200C based on the efficiency assessment performed according to PN-EN 13697 (hard water, 3g/l albumin). The product demonstrates good cleaning properties in relation to grease and protein contamination. It mustn’t be mixed with other products that contain anionic surfactants. The product keeps its properties for at least 12 months from the production date.
