Mobile CIP Stations
For cleaning and disinfecting tanks and pipelines in food industry plants
The device is designed for the automatic washing of objects in a closed cycle. It gives the possibility to wash with cold and warm water and with the use of concentrated detergents dosed to the line in the process of washing or preparing the solution to the set concentration measured by a conductivity meter.
This type of CIP station is recommended for cleaning and sanitation of tanks, all piping routes and other facilities that come in contact with processed food raw materials.
The R-300 CIP station enables the cleaning of tanks with a working volume of up to 10,0m3 and pipelines with a length of up to 80 m (Dn65).
The CIP R-300 system has been designed to be mobile and adaptable to many different cleaning tasks.
The touch screen with built-in wash cycles connects to a PLC to control parameters such as pump speed, chemical concentration and temperature to ensure consistent results.
By automating routine cleaning with the Mobile R-300 CIP Station, the user can speed up cleaning, reduce downtime and achieve higher repeatability of cleaning due to process parameters.
Simple intuitive operation
- The user-friendly touch screen allows the operator to monitor the washing, track the progress of the given washing program, as well as make temporary changes to the washing program being carried out,
- Up to 4 different chemicals can be used in the cleaning and disinfection process,
- Selection of the washing program (up to 10 different programs) from the list of available programs,
- Uniform graphics simplify operator training and daily work,
- Automatic cleaning allows the operator to see and record compliance with standards and eliminate possible process inconsistencies,
- Properly selected parameters of the washing process minimize the misuse of chemicals, water and other resources,
- The parameters of the set, currently performed washing program can be registered in external memory (flash memory),
- Easy configuration of cycle changes and washing parameters,
- The flow rate is controlled by a centrifugal pump and a frequency converter.
