Cleaning systems with central dosing significantly facilitate all hygienic processes in the plant and minimize the risk of misuse of preparations or their concentrations. This solution consists in delivering ready-made solutions of chemicals to satellite stations, which are prepared automatically in a dedicated room.

 

 

Thanks to this solution, there are no chemical containers under the satellite stations, and the washing staff has no access to them. Up to 5 chemicals can be delivered to our stations, the selection of which, thanks to the ease of use of our stations, is extremely fast and intuitive. Thanks to the use of precise pumps, solutions are always prepared in a given concentration, and in the absence of concentrate in the tank, the flow is blocked, which prevents the process from being carried out with water alone.
