Hygienic Sluice SHR 06 K
One-way hygienic sluice with palms disinfection and washer for soles and uppers cleaning.
The SHR 06 K is an example of a sanitary lock manufactured according to the client's concept. The device project was created on order and then introduced into the permanent offer. This device is equipped with a hand disinfection module and rotary brushes for washing and disinfecting the soles and uppers of footwear. The shoe cleaning section is divided into two parts. In the first part, the uppers are cleaned, then the employee proceeds to hand disinfection, after which the turnstile lock is released and the brushes for cleaning the soles are activated. All processes in the lock are mandatory, skipping any stage will result in a turnstile lock and the need to repeat the entire process. In case of emergency situations, the lock is equipped with an emergency switch, the use of which stops the rotating brushes. The lock can be made in a bidirectional version, allowing free return from the production area while simultaneously disinfecting the footwear (hand disinfection is not required in such a case). The device can be prepared for connection to the factory fire protection system and access systems, such as a card reader, temperature measurement module, etc.
