A two-way SHR WB hygienic sluice is a perfect solution for narrow rooms where the use of separate elements for entering and exiting the production zone can be problematic. The entrance of the sanitary sluice has a sink, soap dispenser, Dyson AirBlade dB dryer and a hand disinfection module. Additionally, there are rotating brushes for cleaning shoe soles at the entrance. There are rotating brushes that clean shoe soles at the exit. Brushes at the entrance are activated after hand disinfection and when someone passes, a cleaning and disinfecting agent is applied onto their surfaces. Brushes at the exit are activated by photocells and a cleaning and disinfecting agent is also subsequently applied onto their surfaces. The sluice has been designed in a way that forces all processes to be carried out both upon entering and exiting the production zone. The lock of the turnstile is released only after they have been performed. The container with disinfecting and cleaning agents and the soap container are inside the locker and the sluice is equipped with sensors detecting their low level. Containers with disinfectants for hands and boots are located in lockable hangers mounted on the device's housing, and the device is equipped with a sensor signaling their low level. The sluice has an emergency switch that can be used in crisis situations to stop the rotating brushes.
