An element used in container washers for dispensing chemicals accurately.

A peristaltic pump with a built-in micromodule for setting and maintaining the set concentration. It is used to dispense precise volumes of conductive liquids (e.g. concentrates of cleaning agents) to solutions of these agents, e.g. in different types of cleaning machines.

Basic functions:

• Conductivity measurement, reading scale depends on the used sensor,
• Maintaining the set conductivity value in a quasi-proportional manner,
• Dispensing values close to the set conductivity value,
• Dispensing in the preparation cycle according to the set time frame (from 1 to 10 or 1,5 to 20 min. – the so-called Long filling time),
• Control of dosing time (can be set between 1 to 10 min.),
• Functions such as automatic preparation of a solution and automatic temperature setting,
• detecting damage to the measurement probe and the safeguard of the pump switch,
• detecting empty content of the container with a concentrate of the dispensed preparation,
• simple signalization of the current status: filling, dosing, determining set value, no liquid in container,

Dispensing within the range of the set conductivity value (75-100% of the set value) is proportional. Due to this feature of the control and measurement micromodule, the set solution concentration can’t be exceeded.
